Well done Generals!

Well done in both competition and service. Including done all Coaches, Parents, Boosters. Y’all put on a clinic last night and represented the LHS Community well. The amount of kudo’s received from the Coaches and timers and officials, parents, and even college track coaches was plentiful. Special thanks to good ole Coach Shea Thrash for announcing for us last night.

Athletes: Keep showing up and working, keep progressing. Trust the training, trust the process. You will get better. Congratulations to all the PR’s from last night! Sarah Ferguson PR’d in the Pole Vault and Oumar Toure in the 100 & 200, just to name a couple.

Any feedback for how we can do an ever better job running meets is welcome. We are still learning. Last night was by far the largest meet I’ve managed in my very short tenure as a head coach. And y’all made me look a lot better than I am. Again why you all deserve all the recognition for last nights success. I can’t thank you enough!
