Athletes need to arrive and be ready to begin warm ups at Henry Clay High School by 4:30 PM today. Please head straight over to Henry Clay after you grab your snacks for the meet and get treatment from the trainers. If you are not clear on what you are competing in today, ask your event coach, they will have an answer for you. If you not competing today be sure to get your workout for today from your event coach, they have that for you. The meet begins at 5:30 PM. See you soon.
