It is Region Championship week!

Let’s get ready to represent LHS well on Saturday.

Athletes will need to Arrive @ Frederick Douglass High School by 10 AM.

We will set up our team tent outside of the fence near the finish line.

If you are competing and you do not have the blue Nike top and red Nike bottoms please exchange the uniform you have with Coach Spalding at practice this week, especially if you are competing or possibly will be competing in a relay.

The Meet Schedule, Information, Heat Sheet, & Roster are attached. Write your competition # on your right hand in permanent marker.
